To keep things simple and consistent for everyone, Bloom Haven no longer allows on-site selling during retreats. This includes pop-up shops, vendor sales, and handmade items.

 Not currently—but coming soon! Beginning in Fall 2026 into early 2027, Bloom Haven will feature 5 private sleeping rooms and 3 bathrooms. One of these will be a dedicated private educator suite, complete with a TV and private bathroom for added comfort and convenience. 

Hosted Retreats:
Guests at our hosted retreats are served brunch and dinner on each full day of their stay. Additionally, you’ll enjoy dinner on the day of check-in and brunch on the day of checkout to make your experience comfortable and nourishing.

Non-Hosted Retreats:
Guests attending non-hosted retreats are responsible for their own meals. You are welcome to use one of our two fully equipped kitchen or explore the variety of local eateries nearby.

Accommodations Policy

 Due to our shared sleeping accommodations, Bloom Haven does not offer co-ed overnight retreats. All retreats are designed for women ages 18 and older.
We are happy to host men’s-only retreats upon request—please reach out to discuss availability and options. 

  Retreats: 

• No Refunds: All retreat reservations are non-refundable.
• More than 30 days before check-in: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you may reschedule your retreat for a later date, subject to availability.
• 15 to 30 days before check-in: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.  However, may be transferred to a person of your choice.
• Less than 15 days before check-in: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Open Sew/Craft Days Cancellation Policy

• Reservation: Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the event are eligible for cancellation.
• Within 10 Days: Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.
• Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance with the name of the person attending in your place.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Please reach out if needed—we review each situation individually and will do our best to work with you.

 No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations or travel delays. However, when feasible, Bloom Haven will work with guests to allow early arrival or extended stays to help accommodate winter weather conditions. 

Guest Access Policy

Bloom Haven is not open to the public and is reserved exclusively for our retreat guests. To ensure safety and privacy, each guest receives a Door Key Card, allowing them to come and go at their convenience.  

To keep Bloom Haven a safe and relaxing space for everyone, we ask that only registered guests be on-site. Outside visitors are not permitted. If this policy is not followed, guests may be asked to leave and will forfeit the remainder of their retreat stay.

Our retreat center can accommodate up to 15 overnight guests at a time. Please contact us for more information.

 For liability and safety reasons, all guests must be 18 years of age or older. Children are not permitted in the retreat space or on the property. Any violation of this policy may result in being asked to leave and forfeiting the remainder of the retreat. 

 At Bloom Haven, we are unable to accommodate special dietary needs or restrictions. Our retreat space is not an allergen-free environment, as guests are welcome to bring their own food and snacks into shared spaces.
If you have food allergies or sensitivities, please plan accordingly and use your best judgment while in the space. 

Our retreat is a short drive, about 30 minutes, from Lincoln, and about 50 minutes from Omaha.

Absolutely!  Please specify this when you register.  We will do our best to keep you close together.

 For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted at Bloom Haven. 

 Alcohol is permitted at Bloom Haven; however, excessive use is not allowed. Guests are expected to be respectful of others, the space, and observe quiet hours at all times. Any guest who is disruptive will be asked to leave and will forfeit the remainder of their retreat. 

Smoking & Vaping Policy
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the Bloom Haven property, including the deck. Anyone caught disregarding this policy will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee.

We also kindly ask that guests help us keep our downtown area clean by properly disposing of any smoking materials and not discarding cigarettes on streets or sidewalks.
