Guest Access Policy

Bloom Haven is not open to the public and is reserved exclusively for our retreat guests. To ensure safety and privacy, each guest receives a personalized door code the week of their retreat, allowing them to come and go at their convenience. We kindly ask that this code not be shared with anyone.

For liability reasons, outside guests are not permitted to visit during your retreat stay. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and peaceful environment for all our guests.

Our retreat center can accommodate up to 15 overnight guests at a time. Please contact us for more information.

Hosted Retreats:
Guests at our hosted retreats are served brunch and dinner on each full day of their stay. Additionally, you’ll enjoy dinner on the day of check-in and brunch on the day of checkout to make your experience comfortable and nourishing.

Non-Hosted Retreats:
Guests attending non-hosted retreats are responsible for their own meals. You are welcome to use one of our two fully equipped kitchen or explore the variety of local eateries nearby.

Accommodations Policy

At Bloom Haven, we are unable to offer co-ed overnight retreats due to our sleeping arrangements. All of our retreats are exclusively for women aged 18 and older.

However, we are happy to accommodate men’s-only retreats upon request. Please contact us to discuss options and availability.

Bloom Haven is not responsible for weather conditions, including snow, ice, or other severe weather, and refunds are not issued for weather-related travel delays, cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures.

That said, we understand winter weather can be unpredictable. When possible, we are happy to work with our guests to adjust arrival or departure times—such as arriving early or staying late—to help accommodate winter travel conditions. Any adjustments must be coordinated in advance and are subject to availability.

  Retreats: 

• No Refunds: All retreat reservations are non-refundable.
• More than 30 days before check-in: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you may reschedule your retreat for a later date, subject to availability.
• 15 to 30 days before check-in: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.  However, may be transferred to a person of your choice.
• Less than 15 days before check-in: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to your check-in date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Open Sew/Craft Days Cancellation Policy

• Reservation: Your spot is not reserved until payment is received.
• No Refunds: All payments for Open Sew/Craft Days are non-refundable.
• Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. Please notify us in advance with the name of the person attending in your place.

We understand that emergencies happen. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us directly. We review each situation individually and will do our best to work with you.

Unfortunately we cannot  accommodate special meal requests.  If you have a food allergy/restrictions we are able to offer a $50 reduction in the cost of the retreat.  You are able to bring your own food or enjoy something close by.

Our retreat is a short drive, about 30 minutes, from Lincoln, and about 50 minutes from Omaha.

Absolutely!  Please specify this when you register.  We will do our best to keep you close together.

 For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted at Bloom Haven. 

 For the comfort of all guests, Bloom Haven is a smoke-free and vape-free property.  Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the Bloom Haven property, including the deck. Anyone caught disregarding this policy will be assessed a $250 cleaning fee.
